EC Meeting on 28-12-2021 

An Executive Meeting of JPA held on 28-12-2021 at the office of JPA. Mr. K. Natarajan, preside over the meeting and welcomed all the members. The point of grant-in-aid from the DoP&PW has been discussed. Details of procedure and periodical action taken in this regards through the govt.portal has been explained by Mr. T. Mahalingam and Mr. N. Visvanathan. 

Instruction given by the DoP&PW

" The Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare has launched a Grant-in-Aid Portal for Pensioners’ Associations namely “ANUDAAN” in the end of December, 2020. This can be accessed by using the given link by the DoPPW, 

It may also be noted that all the Pensioners’ Associations have to registered themselves at NITI Aayog’s Darpan Portal before getting Grant-in-Aid as per NITI Aayog’s O.M. dated 29.09.2020 and as per the instructions of NITI Aayog, no financial grants shall be disbursed to any NGO without obtaining a Unique ID number generated from the NGO Darpan Portal of NITI Aayog.

All Pensioners’ Associations have to apply grant vide this Portal through uploading their Utilization Certificate for previous F.Y and Expenditure Statement. Before apply for grant through this Portal, primarily Pensioners’ Association have to update mobile number, e-mail id, member detail etc. on NITI Aayog’s Darpan Portal.

Your Darpan Id is your login id/user id for “ANUDAAN” Portal. You will receive password on your registered mail id in Darpan Portal, after registration of your Association by this Department on “ANUDAAN” Portal."

An Executive Committee Meeting of JPA held on 23-11-2021 with JIPMER Administration for introduction of an app  "Swachhata Bakhawada Clean Awareness program" among the participated members with administrative staff  at JIPMER Council Room.

E.C Meeting on 26-08-2021

An executive meeting of JPA has been conducted on 26-08-2021 at the office of JPA. Mr. K. Natarajan welcomed all the committee members and Dr. Dhanabalan as Special Invitee.   Dr. P. Nalini, former president  has been honored for receiving 'National Peace Award' by  Dr. Dhanabalan  and Mr. K. Natarajan. Dr. Nalini in her speech, giving thanks to all.

20th AGM of JPA held on 29th March 2021, 9.30am at JIPMER Community Hall under the chairmanship of Dr. P. Nalini. Mr. G. Ramalingam, Treasurer Submitted Annual Accounts. Mr. Mahalingam. T submitted the Annual Reports. As per the agenda, discussed the activities of our Association during this year. At the end of the meeting Election was held to elect new office bearers and committee members for 2021-2024.
