18TH AGM OF JPA on 25-02-2018 at Hotel Srguru

JPA News:

18th AGM of JIPMER Pensioners Association (ஓய்வு ஊதியர் சங்க பொதுக்குழு கூட்டம் ) held on 25-02-2018 Sunday 8.30 am to 1.00 pm at Hotel Surguru, ECR Road, Pondicherry-5

1. At the outset, Dr. P. Nalini, President of JPA welcomed to all the guests Mr. D. Balasubramanium (Secy Genl, AIFPA, Chennai) , Dr.Upasana Singh, CMO in-charge CGHS, Mr.Jayakumar PAO and all the members of our association and thanked to the HDFC officials who have participated as sponsored for the success of the 18th AGM of JPA.

2. Dr. N.K. Majumdar and Mr. G. Boniface Julian have been honoured for their excellent services.

3. Mr.G.Ramalingam, Treasurer has submitted the Annual Accounts for the year 2016-17

4. Mr.T. Mahalingam, Secretary has presented the Annual Reports for the period from April, 2017 to till date (2017-2018)

5. The guest of honour Mr. D. Balasubramanium has addressed about the ‘Pension issues’ . He talked about the reason for strengthening of association to the pensioners and present Pension issues based on the govt.decisions to all over India in details.

6. Then, Dr. Upasana Singh addressed the importance of CGHS Health scheme and Finally, Mr. Jayakumar, PAO talked about the new pensions issues at JIPMER. He clarified the doubts created by the members.

7. Then, the AGM was ended with vote of thanks by Mr.N.Visvanathan, Joint Secretary.
