Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting of  Jipmer Pensioners Association (JPA), held at 10.15 am on 11^th JUL,2017

This Minutes has been approved by the committee:

The Executive Committee Meeting of JIPMER Pensioners Welfare Association held at 10.15am on 11^th July, 2017 Tuesday at the Registered Office, No.33, 3^rd Cross, Mohan Nagar, Puducherry-5 under the chairmanship of Dr.P.Nalini, President of JPA.

Dr.P.Nalini, President of JPA presided over the meeting and welcomed the Committee members. She has informed the members that Director has allotted space allotment at the Basement of JIPMER Admin Block for the Pensioners Association for looking after JPA official activities and told that the next EC Meeting will be conducted at the new office positively. Then, she has called Secretary to present the previous minutes of the meeting held on 11^th July, 2017.

Secretary presented the previous meeting minutes and the Resolutions:   

1.      To shift the Telephone and send letter to BSNL for shifting the Telephone line.

2.      Electrical Points, A/c Points and white washing of the Room are to be provided by CPWD.

3.      Computers, Online UPS, Printers and its accessories have to be shifted to the new office after providing Electrical Points and JPA Board is to be fixed in front of the office.

4.      Current Bank Account is to be shifted to Bank of Baroda.

5.      Inauguration of new JPA office is to be arranged

6.      The following members have been selected to attend the AGM of BPS which is to be held on 26-11-2017 at Ludhiana.

§  Mr. G. Ramalingam-Treasurer

§  Mr. N. Visvanathan-Joint secretary and asked secretary to follow up for further needs to attend the meeting.

7.      New Membership Fee Rs. 500/-is applicable only from April, 2017 has been approved.

8.      Existing Members need not to pay further amount. But Donations are accepted by the old members.

9.     Mr. Julian suggested issuing Bye-laws to all the EC Members and charged copies to all the members by paying Rs.10.
