Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting
of Jipmer Pensioners welfare Association (JPA),
held at 10.15 am on 17th March,2017 Friday

The Executive Meeting of JIPMER Pensioners Welfare Association held at 10.00 am on 17th March,
2017 (Friday) at Registered Office, No.33, 3rd Cross, Mohan Nagar, Puducherry
– 605 005 under the chairmanship of Dr.P.Nalini, President of JPA.
Dr. P Nalini. President of JPA presided over the
meeting and welcomed the Committee members. She has given a warm welcome to the
new arrivals who have been elected as office bearers and EC Members in the 17th
Annual General Body Meeting held on 5th February, 2017.
Dr. Nalini called Mr. T. Mahalingam, Secretary to
present the minutes of 17th Annual General Body Meeting held 5th
February, 2017 for the approval of the committee members.
Mr. T. Mahalingam presented the minutes of 17th
Annual General Body Meeting Resolution.
1.
The
Committee appreciates the services rendered by Mr. T.A. Arumugam (Ex-Secretary)
for the Association and accepted the resolutions taken in the 17th
Annual General Body Meeting held on 5-2-2017.
2. The following points have been discussed for the
welfare of the JIPMER Pensioners
§
Meeting
with Director by requesting to reallocate an office room for the Pensioners
preferably in the ground floor based on the ageing.
§
Implementation
of the 7th CPC for JIPMER Pensioners is not yet implemented. It can
be implemented at the earliest, please.
§
Please
to recommend the SBI to provide separate counter / common UID number for all
the Pensioners.
§
Please
to arrange separate parking place or to issue Parking pass for two/four wheelers
to all the Pensioners.
§
Request
to supply Diary and Calendars to the EC Members of our JPA.
§
Please
to arrange a separate counter for the Pensioners to attend the OPDs.

In this regards, a team containing 6
members including President, Secretary and Treasurer has been formed to meet
the director for discussing our demands by confirming Director’s appointment.
President requested Secretary to get Director’s appointment. The followings are
the team members:

3. Secretary created an email id for JPA for the
official use. Action has been taken for JPA Letter Pad.
4. The committee has decided to conduct EC Meeting
every two months in the second week of the months
5. Decided to enquire availability of Community Hall for
conducting EC/GB meeting for Pensioners.
6. Get together Meeting for the Pensioners has to be
arranged every month
7. Poncare
facilities are to be utilized.
8. Decided to meet DGM, SBI, Pondicherry to request
separate counter / Common UID Number for the Pensioners for the quick
transaction without waiting a long time.
9. Life Member Subscription has been increased from
Rs.200 to Rs. 500 with Admission fees Rs.10/-
10. Then the meeting was ended with vote
of thanks was given by Mr.T.Mahalingam, Secretary.
